NexoRidePK operates a marketplace connecting passengers with independent fleet partners in Pakistan. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.

When you accept a bid, we share your name, contact number and pickup and drop-off details with that fleet partner so the journey can be performed. Partners receive only what is needed to complete the trip.
Similarly, the partner's company name, driver name, vehicle details and rating are shared with you.
We also share data with service providers who host our systems or process payments for credit top-ups, and with authorities where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell personal data.
NexoRidePK does not collect or hold ride fares, so we do not store passenger card or bank details for journeys. Payment for a journey is settled directly between you and your fleet partner.
For partner credit top-ups, payment details are handled by the relevant payment provider — we retain only a reference and the amount.
Booking and credit ledger records are retained for as long as needed to resolve disputes and to satisfy accounting and tax obligations. Account data is deleted or anonymised on request unless we are required to retain it.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, request deletion, or object to certain processing. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Deleting your account does not erase records we must keep by law, such as financial transaction history.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging on administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data materially, we will notify you.
The platform is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified before they take effect.
